Cartoon styled Female Punk Avatar - With Interactable Leather Jacket (PC/Quest)

Our first female avatar, in a western Gorillaz 3d model style. With a range of emotes, and well animated Viseme lip sync, its other major feature is fully a interactable zipper and jacket states.

Instead of using a menu toggle to open and close the jacket, you drag the zip up and down until it is completely undone, and the two sides of the jacket move freely with physbones until the zipper is closed again by grabbing both sides, and pulling them together

Built completely from scratch for VRC, the design strategy for this avatar is to optimise a relatively small number of costume pieces, by giving novel interaction.

Features Breakdown

• Fully interactable zipper, that is dynamically opened and closed WITHOUT MENU PROMPTS.
• pick between 64 different colour palettes from the menu.
• Toggle on and off the jacket, or the over shirt to allow for additional looks and character customization in game.
• change the shadow wrap of the PC shader to adjust for worlds with different lighting quality.
• Make the Avatars eyes, or whole body glow.
• Removable head…

Ok the last one is a bit of a halloween gimmick in hindsight (or foresight!). The PC build has a toggle that allows you, or other players, to freely remove your head and carry it around or leave it anywhere in the map. Just thought it would be fun!

Since this model uses the colour palette method for texturing its colours can easily be changed in game by moving the UVs. Out of game, it is easy to adjust the colour texture to add your own colour combinations.

Note - you won’t be able to add any specific patterns, like tattoos or logos, unless you do some UV work yourself, but due to how this is made, doing so won’t require complex remapping of other parts.

What Files Do I Get?

• A Unity Package with 2 PC Builds and 1 Quest Build, ready to upload to VRChat
• A Unity Package with the Poi_Toon shader, needed for the PC versions.
• A folder with Blend file of all Avatar models + FBX exports + Textures

Uploading To VRChat

This avatar is made for the 3.0 VRChat Avatar set up. To upload them into the game you simply need to create a Avatar project using the Creator Companion app and add the FemalePunk and poi_Toon unity packages for everything to work.

3. The Avatar must be set to private in VRChat (No cloning/sharing).
